Bao Buns’ buns are made by a local traditional Asian bakery in Vancouver. They are steamed fresh every day and double cooked by deep frying the bun.

The buns develop a crispy outer layer while maintain a super fluffy middle. They are topped with ice cream and finished with icing sugar and a drizzle of condensed milk – yum!
