Bomb Nachos is the newest truck at Food Truck Wars 2026 — but don’t let that fool you. The team spent a decade working in the industry before deciding to ditch the 9-to-5 and do things their own way.

The concept is simple: dishes made for sharing, built around nacho experiences that are bold, flavourful, and a little unexpected. Think family-style portions with flavour combinations you wouldn’t put together yourself but can’t argue with once you taste them.

They’re a family-owned operation that wanted to bring something communal back to festival food — and nachos turned out to be the perfect vehicle.
