At Frying Pan, we take pride in using only the finest ingredients. Our chicken is 100% medication-free, free-run, and fresh halal from local farms. Every sandwich features a generous 6-7oz chicken breast, perfectly fried and served with care.

All sandwiches come on a toasted white bun with cabbage slaw and sweet pickles. Choose your heat:

- Feel the Burn! – Medium spicy with chili oil/powder and spicy house mayo
- Hot & Sweet! – Honey garlic jalapeño with marble cheese
- No Heat! – Classic cheese with house mayo

Served with white rice, fresh veggies, pan-fried egg, and house teriyaki sauce. Choose your protein:

Taking place at Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds April 11-13, 2025, this extraordinary culinary event features over 35 amazing local food trucks, live entertainment, a BC Shop Local Artisan Market, spacious beer garden, a dedicated kid zone and more! Experience our NEW Creative Food Challenge with exclusive festival-only dishes, and help crown the People’s Choice champion!
