Guerilla Q has been smoking meat and building a following since 2013 — and in that time, they’ve become one of the Fraser Valley’s most recognized BBQ operations. Based out of Chilliwack, they regularly make the trip to serve festivals across the Lower Mainland, and they always bring the full spread: ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and their custom vinegar-and-ketchup-based BBQ sauce.
They took home the Best Meat Sweats award at Food Truck Wars 2024, which tells you everything you need to know about what they’re bringing to the table.
Their name says it all — they’ll go anywhere and brave any conditions to serve BBQ. And they’ve been proving it for over a decade.
