The person behind Just Jerkin’ Around was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica — and came to Canada in 2015 with a professionally trained culinary background and a clear mission: to share authentic Jamaican food with as many people as possible.
This is the kind of food truck that exists because one person had a genuine passion, put in the training, and decided the world needed more of what they grew up eating.
Their menu draws from real Jamaican tradition, and Food Truck Wars is one of the best places to experience it.
