About Us
Since 1995, Melt Town Grilled Cheese (Tin Lizzy) has been one of Canada’s largest special events concession companies. Known for our chef-inspired creations and featured on various TV shows and media outlets, we’re constantly innovating comfort food classics. Every sandwich features our signature cheese-crusted ring and comes with house-made tropical tomato soup for dipping.
Our Signature Offerings
All sandwiches feature our four-cheese blend (Chedda, Havarti, Mozza, and Colby Jack) on fresh-baked Texas Style Bread:
- Classic Grill Cheese – Our perfect cheese blend on Texas toast
- Shrum Pig – Sautéed mushrooms, maple bacon, caramelized onion
- Hot Korean – Spicy kimchi, caramelized onion, maple bacon
- Glazed Donut Grilled Cheese – Our cheese blend with maple curd ham on fresh glazed donuts
- Mighty Veg – House-made spinach pesto, fresh tomato, pan-fried squash

We’ve fused the bold flavors of Mexico—seasoned taco beef, juicy diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro, creamy sour cream, and just the right kick of spicy jalapeños. Every bite is a perfect balance of crispy, cheesy, spicy, and savory goodness!
