REEL Mac and Cheese was founded by husband-and-wife team Suzanne and Perry Poudrier — she runs the business side, he brings the culinary expertise. Together they’ve built something that started as a family recipe and turned into one of the most beloved mac and cheese trucks around.

In 2016, their daughter Danielle and son-in-law Mikael joined the team, making it a full family operation.

At Food Truck Wars 2026, they’re bringing back a long-lost fan favourite: the Slumdog Millionaire — their signature mac and cheese with curry paste and peas. It’s been off the menu for a while. Fans have been waiting.
