Slavic Rolls brings Eastern European dessert tradition to the festival scene with their freshly baked chimney cakes — warm pastry rolls with a caramelized sugar crust, custom coatings, and fillings that range from Bavarian cream to Nutella to triple berry.
This is a family-run operation based out of the Abbotsford area, and what makes them a crowd favourite is the show: watching them spin, glaze, and top each chimney cake fresh to order is half the experience. The other half is eating it.
They also serve soft serve ice cream, because apparently one dessert wasn’t enough. At Food Truck Wars, Slavic Rolls is the sweet stop you didn’t know you needed.
