The 80s-themed Wingin’ It Truck has a story behind it: it was inspired by the owner’s childhood, growing up in that era, and it’s the newest addition to a family food truck business that’s been running for over 23 years. They’ve been at the PNE for 17 straight years. They’ve served behind the scenes at the Abbotsford Airshow. Their senior parents still work in the trucks — which is one of the better origin stories in the Lower Mainland food truck scene.
At Food Truck Wars 2026, they’re bringing two event exclusives: Loaded Poutine (rich beef gravy, cheese curds, bacon bits, sour cream, and chives) and Gochujang Flavoured Crispy Chicken Wings.
